The App helps users extract contacts from the screen (for example, from images or other visible content), group them, and export the collected contacts to Excel or CSV files.

Information We Collect

• Contact information: The App may read contact details (names and phone numbers) from your device only if you grant permission. These are used solely to create or update your contact lists and export files.
• Captured screen data: When you use the screen-capture feature, the App analyzes on-screen text or images to detect contact numbers. This processing happens on your device and is not sent to our servers.
• Storage data: The exported Excel or CSV files are saved locally on your device’s storage. We do not access or upload them.
• Audio or video: The App may request recording permissions only if you use the screen-capture or voice-related functionality. No recordings are stored or shared by AlfaSol.
• Usage data: Non-personal analytics or crash logs may be collected to improve performance (if you consent).

How We Use Collected Data

• To allow exporting contacts into Excel or CSV formats.
• To enable reading contacts from your device (when you choose to import or manage them).
• To process screenshots or visible pages for extracting contact information.
• To improve app reliability and fix errors.

Permissions We Request

The App may request the following Android permissions for specific features:

• INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – Used to check connectivity and load resources or updates if needed.
• VIBRATE – Used for haptic feedback when buttons or actions are performed.
• READ_CONTACTS / WRITE_CONTACTS – Allows reading and saving contacts to your device address book only if you grant permission.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Enables saving or loading Excel/CSV files from your device storage.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PROJECTION – Required for capturing the visible screen content while the App runs in the foreground.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW – Used to show floating windows or overlays during contact extraction, with your consent.
• RECORD_AUDIO / CAPTURE_VIDEO_OUTPUT – Needed when recording or capturing screen content that includes audio or video output. The App does not store or transmit this data externally.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Used to show progress or completion notifications for ongoing exports or captures.
• PROJECT_MEDIA – Supports the media projection service used for capturing screen content.

Data Storage and Security

All contacts and exports remain on your device unless you choose to share them. AlfaSol does not store, upload, or share your contact data. We use standard security practices to protect any limited diagnostic data that may be collected.

Third-Party Services

The App does not directly share data with third parties. If you choose to upload exported files to Google Drive, email, or another service, those providers’ privacy policies will apply.

Your Control

• You can grant or deny permissions at any time in your device settings.
• You can delete any saved contact groups or exported files from your device.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App and on our developer page.
